- Guide new and existing customers through the onboarding and training process preferably using aytm's self-serve training programs and provide any personalized support to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding and implementation.
- Drive product adoption and engagement by automating routine tasks, providing readily available self-serve options and best practices. Be a central point of contact for upselling services either independently or in partnership with Solution Strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through a mix of digital initiatives (e.g., email campaigns, webinars), Zendesk support and tailored interactions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to product and development teams to enhance our offerings.
- Monitor customer success metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to identify opportunities for renewals and cross sells, ensuring customer retention and growth.
- Address and resolve customer issues through a combination of automated support channels and focused communication channels.
- Develop expertise in using the Customer Success Platform to track customer activities, trends, and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment, preferably at a market research technology company
- Proficiency with customer success software and automation tools like Gainsight, Catalyst, Custify, Plan Hat etc.
- Demonstrated track record of developing client relationships and creating account plans.
- Strong understanding of Market Research technology and its applications.
- Advanced survey creation skills with prior experience working with self-services or DIY survey technology (Qualtrics, Decipher, Sawtooth, etc.) and the ability to become an expert in the aytm platform quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills to implement tactics agreed upon with clients and manage the long list of day-to-day issues. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines while collaborating across teams and functions.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Significant experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and other reporting software.
- Must be able to travel as required as relationship building with clients is critical to position success.
- Energetic, self-starter, comfortable engaging with new people and learning new things.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

aytm "Ask Your Target Market" is looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager, Client Success to help us empower a world where curiosity is applauded, answers are accessible, and insights are actionable.
The Client Success team is focused on faster time to value and deepening relationships with customers by helping them accomplish their objectives on aytm's comprehensive survey management platform. Daily work includes partnering with clients in executing their engagements as well as teaching and coaching clients to become increasingly independent. The goal of Client Success is to grow net revenue retention by being a trusted advisor and partner in the customer journey.
The Senior Manager, Client Success will use a combination of automation, personalization, and direct interactions to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes with the aytm platform. Specifically, this role will lead low touch accounts and oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding to any necessary renewal and upsell opportunities. They will be a Subject Matter Expert for our customer success platform and will develop efficient processes to manage and scale a larger volume of low touch client portfolio while still providing personalized support.
Day-to-day activities will include;
(1) Collaborating with specialists to provide exceptional support for low touch clients.
(2) Teaching and coaching clients to become increasingly independent on the platform and (3) Taking lead on orchestrating additional resources when needed, such as helping clients tap into additional paid consultative services or enablement and any upsell and renewal opportunities.
Candidates for this position should possess a strong market research and technical acumen, client orientation, exceptional critical thinking skills, the resilience to tackle complex challenges, along with a strong problem solving focus. Additionally, effective time management, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset are crucial for success in our fully remote work environment.
