      PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

      Responsible for managing key logistics and project coordination for Culture Marketing with a major focus on leading product-related topics and workstreams to connect the adidas brand to our target consumers using global and local celebrities, media, and entertainment.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Implement seeding framework, process and prioritization for product seeding and placement of Culture Marketing brand partner network.

      Proactively drive and collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Global Communications, and Global Business Units regarding seasonal plans, seeding & gifting calendar, in line with product timelines

      Oversee all product ordering efforts for Culture Marketing office: Includes forecasting, ordering and maintaining in-office product (Monthly stock orders, quarterly promotional forecasting, seasonal specialty product) across all brand segments. Must maintain current product knowledge and clear target market objectives

      Proactively drive and communicate seeding and gifting between global and local from briefing (talent alignment) to post execution phase (clipping & tracking)

      Collaborate with teams in global markets/cities for handovers and execution

      Lead in managing external agency for seeding projects

      Maintain global brand recognition and relevant brand visibility through strategic product placement, industry/consumer events and brand integration platforms in entertainment

      Manage Seeding team who support Global Culture Marketing processes and execution

      Field, evaluate and facilitate internal requests for seeding support

      REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      Four year college or university degree in Marketing, advertising or related field

      6+ years Marketing (Sports, Entertainment or Brand Marketing) with proven experience or background

      Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.

      Proven track record of growth, development and success across various functions, areas, and activities

      Direct working relationships with key markets/regions or relevant experience working in a focus adidas market.

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The employee may occasionally be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

      The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $110,600 - $166,000.00. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.

      Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4388 hours per day that increases with years of service, eleven paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years. We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles, CA. Though our teammates hail from all corners of the world, our working language is English.
