      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies for discovering, protecting, and monitoring sensitive data throughout its lifecycle
      - Lead a team of engineers to enforce data protection policies and regulatory requirements
      - Conduct regular data risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats
      - Manage and supervise the development of data inventories, flows, and sharing controls
      - Lead incident response efforts related to data breaches and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate impacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on data protection and privacy
      - Proven track record in a leadership role managing cybersecurity professionals
      - Experience with data protection technologies such as encryption and data loss prevention tools
      - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .Net
      - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity laws, regulations, and best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience with security technologies (DLP, SIEM, Firewalls, etc.)
      - Experience developing and managing data protection programs
      - Knowledge of data security frameworks, standards, and protocols
      - One or more cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
      - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
