Strategic coaching: Provide strategic HR support to a senior leader with a 1,000+ employee organization
Develop Talent: Formally lead and develop an HR Partner, likely based in India
Communicate Effectively: Proactively participates in developing plans that will assist with communication and change implementation
Drive Results: Understand and navigate global employment law complexities
Customer focus: Create and drive an approach to impact positive change around employee engagement in a highly matrixed, new organization
Lead core HR processes: such as talent reviews, change management, compensation planning, and more
Collaborate: Heavily collaborate with businesses and COEs to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive bottom line results
Implements human resources strategies: focused on increasing employee engagement, retention, talent health, and implementing plans for DE&l activities
Data-driven insights: Compile, analyze, and reports on key talent metrics and implements data-driven HR strategies and initiatives
Deliver impactful solutions through problem analysis and present solutions to executives for implementation
Facilitate workshops, leader assimilations, listening sessions, as required
Ability to travel up to 20%; domestic and international

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

Prior HRBP experience
Demonstrated change leadership and provide impactful recommendations for optimization
Experience with providing coaching to senior leaders
Demonstrated experience by leading with influence
Business acumen and understanding of the HR strategic partnership in driving business results
Experience working in a geographically dispersed environment.
Experience in driving results through others; broad management and leadership knowledge to lead others.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
