To support our goals around innovation and learning, our newly formed Strategy, Operation and PMO is looking for an expert in both Project Management and Agile methodologies to lead a team of agile leads and scrum coaches with a focus on supporting ULearn Solutions portfolio teams. The ideal person would understand both learning products development and lifecycle and different project management and agile frameworks, specifically implementing a project governance using scrum approaches. to enable the portfolio teams develop and As our Sr. Manager, PMO and Agile Coaching, you will build and lead the Project Management Office for the ULearn solution leveraging a range of hybrid methodologies and new ways of working to deliver efficiency and effectiveness and support the ULearn solution portfolio teams to deliver products that delight our businesses. In this role you would lead and develop a team of agile leads tasked with leading the development of large and complex products and technologies across the ULearn Solution, as well as Coaching product owners and product managers to use the agile frameworks and self organize their development teams. Employing strong project management governance, agile methodologies, and best practices in addition to business collaboration, data intelligence, and strategic thinking, you would proactively ensure all projects and products are strategically aligned to the overall ULearn strategic focus. Job Description Core Responsibilities Lead change. Evaluate existing structures, tools, and processes to determine what should be stopped, what should remain, and what new methods are required to succeed. Deploy agile and scrum methodologies within ULearn Soluton. Lead the team in the following disciplines: Run highly-effective standup meetings, issue proactive communications to keep teams humming, eliminate unnecessary meetings to release people to get work done, facilitate connections so that teams get un-blocked and innovate. Portfolio prioritization and roadmapping based on justification of needs and quantified benefits in alligment with the ULearn Solution strategy. Support the various stakeholders with quarterly planning and building roadmaps for priority projects. Defining and implementing project metrics to measure and communicate success to different stakeholders. Managing a portfolio of process initiatives from inception to delivery Facilitate prioritization of the work with leaders across the ULearn Solution (Portoflio Leaders, Product Manager and Product Owners, ect..). Identify and socialize ways for colleagues to self-serve. Efficiently and effectively support the rest of the business. Provide team leadership and development. Support current and future team members in growing best-in-industry PMO and agile practices. Certifications Scrum Master Education Bachelor's Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience. Relevant Work Experience 7-10 Years Salary: National Pay Range: Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
