**This role is primarily remote, but candidates will only be considered if based near Irvine, CA or Denver, CO.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics will take on advisor role for team projects and provide enterprise-wide procurement data, analytics, and reporting support to DaVita leadership as they develop, execute and monitor key strategies and programs. This role requires advanced critical thinking and thought leadership to identify new workstreams and provide analytical insights to ensure PRISM goals and objectives are achieved. This includes identifying gaps and gaining alignment from senior leadership on proposed solutions. This role requires an innovative mindset that will continually look for ways to automate, adopt advanced technologies and Transition high-level strategy and complex insights into actionable next steps. The Sr. Manager needs to have strong team building skills and possess keen adaptive capabilities to effectively manage team’s work streams with ability to flex and reorganize as needed. This includes proactively and intentionally growing and developing junior teammates on the Data & Analytics team creating passion and excitement on the strategy initiatives and projects. This position will be a key leader in PRISM and must uphold the Core Values of DaVita and comply with DaVita policies and regulations.

Salary/ Wage Range
$100,100.00 - $147,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
