What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure adequate training support across all functional areas within Pharmacovigilance (PV)
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for training development and compliance tracking
- Support new employee onboarding and training activities
- Monitor and communicate regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with global PV standards
- Participate in PV audits and inspections, ensuring readiness with compliance and training teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field, preferably Health Care Professional
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a drug safety/pharmacovigilance setting
- Experience in training adult learners and developing procedural documents and training materials
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft applications
