What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the growth of clinical research by partnering with research teams and practice management in the transition to new research technology
- Serve as a subject matter expert for practices, guiding them through workflow and process transitions
- Represent site processes and workflows in decision-making and execution of transitions
- Identify opportunities for standardization and improvement within the research technology ecosystem
- Manage change effectively to ensure smooth transitions and operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent
- Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience in clinical research, technology, change management, or community oncology operations
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and experience in operations process assessment
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and healthcare systems, including excellent skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines such as FDA, HIPAA, Good Clinical Practice, and ICH guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Experience in process documentation and design through stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build coalitions for clinical research initiatives
