      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation
      - Manage the planning, design, and development of software for insulin pumps
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability and product delivery
      - Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to meet project goals
      - Ensure software quality, regulatory compliance, and best practices are maintained

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams
      - Familiarity with embedded hardware platforms and RTOS environments
      - Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA, IEC, and ISO standards
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
      - Advanced coursework or master’s in software engineering, MBA, or relevant professional certifications
      - Experience with product life cycle management in the medical device industry
      - Familiarity with modern AI tools in software development
      - Less experience may be acceptable if directly related to insulin pump devices
