      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and inspire a team of software engineers to develop mobile software for diabetes management
      - Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to meet goals and deadlines
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability of products
      - Oversee testing and validation activities to maintain software quality and regulatory compliance
      - Drive process improvements and adoption of agile methodologies within the engineering team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - 5+ years of management experience leading a software engineering team
      - Strong background in mobile technology on Android and iOS platforms
      - Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA, IEC, and ISO standards
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field
      - Advanced coursework or master's degree in software engineering or MBA
      - Experience with mobile application product launch and sustainment
      - Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) methodology
      - Proficiency with software development tools such as JIRA and Git
