What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in discussions to select and apply relevant analytic techniques for actionable business insights
- Manage data analysis and design analytics products to enable data-driven business decisions
- Provide the Digital Marketing team with data-driven insights for marketing optimization
- Define and execute measurement strategies for multiple business lines to optimize digital marketing efforts
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations for ad-hoc analysis and ongoing reporting needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10-15 years of experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions
- Strong knowledge of the Life Science and Pharma domain
- Experience with digital and marketing data projects, including MMX, Campaign Analytics, and AB Testing
- Understanding of overall marketing funnel and marketing processes
- Working knowledge of databases and basic SQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Product Management, Web Development, or Tech background
- Experience enabling digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 360
- Familiarity with Agile development for data-driven solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort with technical documentation
- Ability to independently develop innovative solutions for open-ended problems
