What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Test Lead to understand test objectives and audience requirements during the test design phase
- Write measurement plans to define primary and secondary KPIs and audience sizes for each test
- Monitor tests once live and conduct interim reads of test results
- Present final test results and insights to leadership and the broader organization
- Identify potential measurement risks and recommend optimal testing approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years' experience in an analytical role
- Experience in deep dive analysis on customer attributes and online/offline behavior
- Proficient with reporting or query tools (e.g., Google Cloud Platform - Big Query, Python, Adobe)
- Strong analytical skills, including data retrieval, organization, and presentation
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Statistics or Mathematics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience a plus
- Experience in Regression and Time Series Analysis
- Familiarity with Hypothesis testing and Confidence Intervals
