JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Marketing Specialist - Email Marketing is a new role dedicated to managing the firm's contacts in our CRM system and the delivery of marketing communications.

As a Sr. Marketing Specialist (reporting to the Marketing Director), this person will be responsible for the management of the delivery of email communications, including maintaining contact data hygiene, pulling contact distribution lists, managing scheduled outreach, and imparting best practices on HubSpot use and email communication deployment. They will effectively manage the flow of deliverables to provide both proactive and reactive strategic marketing consultation to support lead generation, brand awareness and client retention.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Database Management and Development: Oversee the health of the email database, implementing strategies to clean and update contact lists regularly. Ensure data hygiene and propose guidelines/processes to maintain hygiene moving forward.
• Create and manage dynamic and static lists in HubSpot to ensure appropriate reach for marketing communications. Create and manage email workflows.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in email marketing and adapt strategies to maintain the effectiveness of email campaigns. Similarly, stay informed of new HubSpot releases or best practices in marketing automation. Proactively socialize/make recommendations to expanded marketing team.
• Minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends
• Email Optimization and Testing: Utilize A/B testing and analytics to optimize email performance, focusing on improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Ad hoc projects and marketing operations support, as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Minimum Required Qualifications

• HubSpot Marketing Software Certification required
• Proficient in creating HubSpot lists, workflows, and marketing automation technology
• Experience working with outside systems (e.g., other CRM systems, databases, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret email campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
• Technical Proficiency in Email Marketing Tools: Skilled in using email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to segment audiences, automate campaigns, and track performance.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage and execute on assignments with competing priorities
• Highly skilled and motivated in both administrative and technology duties

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

• $74,100.00 - $123,500.00 annually

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Remote work location. Minimal travel/ estimated travel 5%. Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.
