      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate contracts and recruit dental providers for multiple dental networks
      - Achieve industry discounts through the onboarding of new providers
      - Utilize data to identify and resolve problems within the area of expertise
      - Investigate non-standard requests and issues with assistance as needed
      - Organize and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in a network management-related role, such as contracting or provider services
      - 1+ years of experience in performing network adequacy analysis
      - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Intermediate knowledge of claims processing systems and guidelines
      - Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using financial models and analysis for provider rate negotiations
      - Knowledge of Medicare and Commercial Plans
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
      - Proven interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with colleagues and providers
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a high-stress, goal-oriented environment
