      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

      Responsibilities:

      • Review NMLS Associates in Consumer Lending for adherence to Home Loans Social Media and Marketing Policy
      • Complete social media reviews of associates per Quarterly Certification Google/Internet Search Policy
      • Review Email signatures for policy violations
      • Confirm LO Website is compliant
      • Validate profiles on Flagscape and SalesForce are accurate
      • Review and validate information on NMLS record as accurate and updated to include all required information
      • Confirm Non-English Language information is current and valid for Lending
      • Review associates for adherence to Outside Business Activity Policy.
      • Ensure all identified marketing events were approved and any items listed on social media are compliant.
      • Check state licenses and corporation listings to validate Associates are compliantly disclosing status
      • Coordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measures
      • Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalate issues
      • Leverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change execution

      • Sponsorships Memberships and Lending Events Requests for Approval
      • Voice Mail Greetings and Email Signature Standardization
      • Experience using various Home Loans systems including SalesForce, iOriginate, DMP, and iFulfill
      • Advanced understanding on how to search through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.com
      • Understanding of Home Loans Solution Centers and how to search for procedures
      • Knowledge of required Home Loan Regulatory Posters
      • Knowledge of Home Loans Credit Policies
      • Intermediate Excel Skills

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $71,000.00 - $102,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
