      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee talent management processes, including performance management and workforce planning
      - Assess organizational development needs and provide consulting and facilitation services
      - Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion communication efforts and measure diversity metrics
      - Partner with teams to design and implement leadership development strategies
      - Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to enhance team effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or related field; Master's preferred
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development processes in a corporate setting
      - Demonstrated experience in delivering a wide range of talent management programs
      - Familiarity with change management processes (ADKAR, Prosci)
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; advanced user of Excel preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using HRIS systems, including Talent and Performance Management modules (Workday experience preferred)
      - Familiarity with Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, and DiSC
