What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and review a variety of contracts in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Coordinate communications and responses to inquiries from project stakeholders
- Identify legal and business risks while providing solutions to ensure project success
- Manage information, including updating files and electronic data for assigned projects
- Conduct general legal research and provide administrative support as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paralegal and/or Contract Administrator
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional for at least 3 years
- Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent related experience
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent drafting skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of paralegal and/or contract administrator experience
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial/service contract drafting
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- Previous experience in a legal, compliance, or health plan environment
- Familiarity with Westlaw and SalesForce.com
