What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, negotiate, and revise a variety of contracts, including client data license agreements and NDAs
- Assist in managing drafts of minutes for Board of Directors meetings and maintain corporate records
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while alerting the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) on relevant changes
- Conduct legal reviews of press releases and assess risks on contracts related to marketing and product roll-out
- Project manage security audits and coordinate responses to data security and privacy assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or tech environment
- Solid understanding of contract law and legal principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Paralegal certification
- Experience in data industries or ad tech
- Internship experience in a legal role
