What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and review a variety of contracts in collaboration with operational stakeholders
- Coordinate communications and responses to inquiries from project stakeholders
- Identify legal and business risks, providing solutions to internal partners
- Manage information and update files and electronic data related to assigned projects
- Conduct general legal research and support contract administration activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal and/or Contract Administrator
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional for at least 3 years
- Education requirement: Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of paralegal and/or contract administrator experience
- At least 2 years of experience in drafting commercial/service contracts
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- Experience with Westlaw and SalesForce.com
- Bachelor's degree
