What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and manage employee benefits, leave, perks, wellness, and compliance programs
- Collaborate with People Operations Leadership to align total rewards strategies with business objectives
- Manage the relationship with the current PEO and oversee the PEO portal for team member education
- Lead annual open enrollment and ensure compliance with legal requirements for employee leave programs
- Develop communication materials to educate employees about total rewards programs and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines, including Benefits/Total Rewards and Compliance
- 5+ years of experience managing employee benefit/rewards programs
- 3+ years of experience providing HR partnership to a distributed remote workforce
- Experience managing employer and workforce compliance related to federal and state employment laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with transition of PEO partnerships
- Familiarity with mid-market HR tools like BambooHR, Lattice, and CultureAmp
- Experience conducting research and analysis of market data for competitive benefits programs
