      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer employee benefits, leave, wellness programs, and compliance initiatives
      - Manage the relationship with the PEO, ensuring maximum benefit and recommending necessary changes
      - Lead annual open enrollment and ensure team member education on benefits
      - Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to rewards programs
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance employee engagement and experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field
      - 5+ years of progressive HR experience in Benefits/Total Rewards, Compliance, Operations, and Compensation
      - 3+ years of experience working directly with a PEO in a co-employer relationship
      - Experience managing employee relations matters with discretion and confidentiality
      - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with transition of PEO partnerships
      - Familiarity with mid-market HR tools like BambooHR, Lattice, and CultureAmp
      - Knowledge of leave management variances by state
      - Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
      - Ability to think strategically and translate directives into actionable initiatives
