What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide employee relations support and advice, including conducting investigations and implementing solutions
- Administer benefits, including enrollment, changes, billing, and communication to employees
- Manage Workers' Compensation administration and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Oversee and administer employee leave of absences, including compliance with federal and state regulations
- Coordinate retirement plan administration, audits, and filings with external auditors

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Multi-state experience and strong understanding of state and federal regulations
- Knowledge of Affirmative Action, EEOC, and labor law compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and complex Outlook scheduling

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- PHR and HIPAA Certification
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA regulations and employee relations
- Experience in benefits administration and compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in report writer software and web-based applications
