What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software or technology-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data for product decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, particularly with pharmacy workflow and/or pharmacy management systems
- Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies
