      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and source potential candidates for physician and allied health recruitment
      - Coordinate interviews, site visits, and necessary arrangements for candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - High degree of organization and ability to work with minimal supervision
      - Knowledge of medical group practices is beneficial

      - Experience in physician recruitment or healthcare-related recruiting
      - Familiarity with sourcing methodologies and recruitment strategies
      - Ability to develop and implement effective communication plans for candidates
