What is Required (Qualifications):
- Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering background
- Proficiency in plant simulation software, specifically Tecnomatix Plant Simulation
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented modeling strategies
- Familiarity with creating frame backgrounds in 3D
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer in a similar role
- Familiarity with Sankey, bottleneck analyzer, and experiment manager basics
- Previous experience in creating and customizing object logic
- Knowledge of methods for 3D modeling, data collection, and evaluation
