What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze pharmacy claims data and average wholesale drug prices to recommend new and revised financial pricing programs
- Develop financial pricing models to monitor performance and identify opportunities for savings
- Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to improve accuracy in financial pricing modeling
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on financial pricing programs and data interpretation
- Create and implement financial pricing targets for provider relations teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in applied math, statistics, engineering, accounting, finance, economics, business, computer sciences, or related area
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in pricing or financial analysis, including 3 years in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare-related field
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Proficient in data modeling and analysis using SQL, SAS, Alteryx, R, Python, or related technologies
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Big Data and Data Analytics
- Advanced user of SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Teradata, R, or Python technologies
- Advanced pricing and profitability modeling experience
