The AI Hub team in Schneider Digital is looking for a top-notch Product Manager to define and drive AI Products. The goal is to deliver world class AI products to solve customer challenges by enhancing digital offers with AI driven insights and new kinds of AI products addressing Energy, Sustainability and Industrial Automation domains, all leveraging a comprehensive Platform approach. This role will work with stakeholders in Lines of Businesses, AI solutions team, Product engineering team and Executives to build a comprehensive roadmap and deliver on it. Responsibilities Identify opportunities for application of AI through design thinking and interactions with global business stakeholders within the strategic AI product framework. Collaborate with Global functions, LoBs and Customers to discover opportunities for enhancements and new products through application of AI. Assess the competitive positioning of the offers and identify opportunities to strengthen it. Build and own the roadmap for all AI products including user experience. Prioritize opportunities through a consistent framework based on feasibility and value. Work closely with Agile Squads to deliver on sprints, demonstrating leadership and representing voice of customer. Define Go-To-Market plans for the products to enable successful launch and adoption. Define and manage commercial aspects of product such as contracts and pricing models in conjunction with LoBs Manage partner eco-system, system integrators and key technology providers and complimentary players in the market. * This position requires a Hybrid onsite presence in our Andover or Boston office. Our team policy is 3 days per week. No pure remote opportunities at this time. We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. This job might be for you if: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or related quantitative field. Masters’ degree in technical field and/or Business Administration will be a plus. Experience in product management of commercial software, IoT Products – preferably cloud and SaaS with end-to-end experience from concept-to-launch. 10-15 years of experience in a complex software product development environment. Strategic product acumen and demonstrated ability to define successful business strategies in a complex business environment. Strong communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills to senior executive audiences. Experience with end-to-end product delivery leveraging global teams in a matrix environmentAgile mindset and experience with Scrum or Kanban approach Education in Data Science, Machine Learning will be a strong asset. Prior technical experience in AI and/or software development will be strong plus. Strong knowledge of one of the following is highly desired. Industrial Automation #LI-MM4 Why us?
