What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute AI and data-driven product strategy for clinical data management and trial execution analytics
- Utilize data analytics and market research to identify product opportunities and validate features through A/B testing

- Ensure alignment between AI capabilities and product needs by engaging with stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML-driven clinical trial technology or healthcare data platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and defining KPIs
- Familiarity with clinical data structures and regulatory standards (CDISC, FHIR, HL7)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex machine learning concepts to various stakeholders
- Proven track record in iterative product development and continuous AI model improvements
