What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and communicate a compelling long-term vision for the Account Execution and Opportunity Execution product
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to build AI-driven features
- Conduct user research to understand the needs of sales teams and revenue leaders
- Manage trade-offs between user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy and user engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4–6 years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
- Proven experience with AI/ML-driven products, particularly in sales tools
- Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales methodologies
- Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade software products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building products in a high-growth or start-up environment
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
