What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategy as a subject matter expert within product ownership area
- Lead voice of the customer (VoC) and product marketing efforts for digital and workflow products
- Create technical product requirements based on customer and market insights
- Manage the existing portfolio of digital and workflow solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D and program management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent required; advanced degree such as an MBA preferred
- Proven experience in clinical laboratory workflows and digital products (middleware, LIS, or workflow applications)
- Experience in developing business cases, forecasting, and product management activities
- Demonstrated increasing responsibilities in marketing product management or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
