What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for new products
- Define product features and functionalities based on market trends and customer feedback
- Conduct research to identify industry gaps and opportunities in indirect tax compliance solutions
- Develop project plans and timelines for successful product launches
- Monitor customer engagement post-launch to identify areas for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of indirect taxes, particularly VAT, GST, and SUT
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous
- Solid grasp of ERP integrations and data exchange processes
- Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and conferences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
