What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the product line for Enterprise Performance Management solutions, focusing on profitable growth
- Drive strategic alignment with senior leaders through data analysis and insights
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience measured by NPS
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to inform product development and commercialization strategies
- Design and execute product launch plans in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience in Cloud/SaaS software development
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP software and its various platforms
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve product and revenue goals
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience nurturing customers during upgrades or migrations between platforms
- Familiarity with various reporting tools and agile technology organizations
- Background in building complex technical products
- Experience working with distributed engineering and product teams
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time
