      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the creation of the product vision, goals, and roadmap for the Workforce Management product

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-6 years of experience in product management for complex software products
      - Experience with digital solutions in the retail space
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Demonstrated ability to gather user problems and transform them into an actionable product roadmap
      - Experience driving product development across cross-functional teams
