Job Description

- Lead the testing efforts for Guidewire applications including PolicyCenter ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.
- Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases.
- Provide expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify document and track defects and ensure their resolution.
- Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure testability.
- Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards.
- Must have extensive experience with Guidewire
- PolicyCenter Guidewire
- ClaimCenter Guidewire
- BillingCenter and Guidewire.
- Must have domain expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire - PolicyCenter Guidewire - ClaimCenter Guidewire - BillingCenter and Guidewire. This role requires domain experience in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
