What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage up to four highly complex projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery
- Oversee all phases of project management through the Product Development process
- Negotiate project resources with Engineering Resource Managers
- Conduct data analysis relevant to project tasks and develop performance variance reports
- Communicate project status effectively, including schedule variances and mitigation strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of IT PMO experience with a proven track record in delivering projects of various sizes
- Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience
- Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required
- Demonstrated skills in process improvement, negotiation, and data analysis
- Strong organization and project planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
