What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the execution of store and distribution center construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage contractor bids, negotiations, and contract approvals while overseeing the onsite construction process
- Conduct cross-functional meetings to monitor project activities and budgets across departments
- Mentor and influence team members to ensure high-quality work and productivity
- Ensure successful project execution while maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management
- Advanced knowledge of construction processes, industry standards, and best practices
- Familiarity with technical design of civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and material handling systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
