What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning and execution of medium to large power delivery projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget
- Participate in business development activities, including project scoping, fee development, and contract negotiations
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, addressing issues and securing approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze project performance, resource utilization, and manage project risks from proposal through execution
- Train and mentor other Project Managers while overseeing project teams during design, construction, and close-out phases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power Delivery Industry, with at least 5 years in project management
- Bachelor of Science in engineering from an accredited college or university (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
- Demonstrated success in managing large, multi-discipline projects
- Thorough understanding of various types of power delivery projects, including transmission, substation, and distribution

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience with multi-office project management
- Strong skills in relationship development and management
- Proven track record of successful project execution in complex environments
