      THE JOB:
      The Senior Property Technology Operations Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting both software and hardware issues, diagnosing and resolving network problems related to endpoint devices, and delivering on-site maintenance and support for both new and existing systems. They will provide advanced technical support by addressing ServiceNow tickets, optimizing processes, and creating or updating documentation. This role involves hands-on field support at assigned properties, covering system hardware, software, PCs, and IP networking. Additionally, the Senior Engineer will play a key role in supporting technology initiatives and events, ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization.


      THE DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Troubleshoot and deploy devices, Wi-Fi, mobile devices, and applications; assist with escalated incidents.

      • Perform patching, cross-connects, and network hardware setup to ensure reliability.

      • Plan and support temporary tech setups, including site surveys and collaboration with teams for hardware/software deployment.

      • Enforce best practices to optimize technology resource usage.

      • Oversee procurement, delivery, preparation, and distribution of hardware, resolving issues for timely deployment.

      • Investigate and resolve tech issues, supporting Major Incident and Problem investigations during disruptions.

      • Contribute to or lead projects, including discovery, site surveys, and implementation for successful outcomes.

      • Analyze employee feedback to drive improvements based on insights from surveys and team members.


      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

      • Proven experience in a leadership or management role.

      • Current CompTIA certifications, including A+, Network+, and Security+.

      • Cisco, IGT, and Oracle certifications are a plus.

      • Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

      • In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems and applications.
