What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Rapid prototyping in Java and translating Python to Java using Spring Boot
- Support the PSSE (SIEMENS) Power Flow App Pro Mod for economic applications
- Manage and analyze large amounts of data for regulatory reporting (e.g., NERC)
- Develop within a microservices platform utilizing Java/Spring Boot
- Collaborate in an Agile environment using Jira for project management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages
- Experience with rapid prototyping and microservices development
- Familiarity with Spring Boot framework
- Must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, or authorized to work in the US
- Willingness to work on-site 2 to 3 days early in the project

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with energy sector regulatory reporting standards
- Previous experience in a technology solutions provider setting
