What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and document test strategies, plans, and cases for the FACETS application to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
- Create test scenarios and develop scripts for various modules of the FACETS application
- Write and execute SQL queries for data manipulation on FACETS backend tables
- Follow Agile Software Development Life Cycle to log, track, and resolve issues
- Provide consistent and timely test execution status updates to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the US healthcare system and quality assurance
- At least 5 years of progressive work experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience with the FACETS backend data model, particularly in Providers, Membership, and Claims modules
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with EDI files (837/834/835/270/271/276/277) for creating test data
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a foreign equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with VBScript, Quality Center, RQM, RTM, QTP, and JIRA
- Strong written and oral communication skills
