      M-F, 7am – 4pm

      Position Overview:

      We are seeking a professional, poised, and customer-focused Senior Receptionist to join our team at a prominent corporate headquarters. As the first point of contact for all employees and guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping first impressions and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.
      This role is best suited for someone who has previous experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced, corporate setting—someone who thrives in a front-facing role, exudes professionalism, and handles multiple priorities with grace and confidence.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees upon entry.

      • Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the U.S. via a multi-line switchboard system.

      • Distribute visitor badges, employee access cards, and manage the lobby’s security protocols.

      • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.

      • Serve as the central point of contact for all campus-related inquiries.

      • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.

      • Liaise with internal teams including Events, Security, and Facilities to support smooth day-to-day operations.

      • Provide basic administrative and PC support tasks, including compiling manuals, creating labels, and managing loaner cell phones.

      • Assist other departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

      • Update and maintain internal contact lists and speed dial directories.

      • Participate in company events and initiatives as a brand ambassador.

      Requirements:

      • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a corporate or professional services environment.

      • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

      • Professional demeanor with a warm, approachable presence.

      • Strong multitasking and time management skills.

      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.

      • Able to walk and periodically monitor the lobby without physical strain (no heavy lifting).

      • Comfortable working with a cross-functional team and adapting to changing needs throughout the day.

      • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required.

      • Prior switchboard or front desk experience highly preferred.

      • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a high-visibility role.
