What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process
- Develop and implement hiring strategies while providing guidance on best practices
- Build relationships and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruiting process
- Maintain applicant tracking system data and compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 7+ years of related recruiting experience or equivalent
- Solid experience recruiting for Engineering positions, particularly in Water/Wastewater, Environmental, Structural, or Civil
- Experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and working within an ATS
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and utilizing creative sourcing techniques

- Experience with cold calling and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Passion for learning about competitors and applying insights to talent acquisition strategies
