What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Guide hiring strategies and provide best practices throughout the recruitment cycle
- Build relationships and maintain proactive communication with all participants in the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer acceptance
- Maintain administrative responsibilities such as data entry in the applicant tracking system and creating offer letters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7+ years of related recruiting experience or equivalent
- Solid experience recruiting for positions in Engineering (Transportation, Water/Wastewater, Environmental, Structural, or Civil)
- Experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and utilizing creative sourcing techniques

- Experience with cold calling and advanced negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building and change management capabilities
- Passion for learning about competitors and applying insights to inform Talent Acquisition strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrixed environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
