      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
      - Utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards and social media, to attract top talent
      - Review applications and conduct screenings of qualified candidates
      - Schedule interviews and facilitate feedback collection from interviewers
      - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting function, with at least 1 year in a corporate setting
      - Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 10% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills are a plus
      - Experience in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
