What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies to support growth in the remediation program
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in site walks and drive remedial designs with national and local teams
- Track the financial health of all projects and ensure safe and efficient production
- Monitor customer relationships and satisfaction, addressing issues for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Background in consulting, engineering, or remediation with project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, geology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience with direct customer interaction
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and project cost management
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

- Experience managing field personnel including superintendents, operators, and laborers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
- Effective communication skills and strong organizational abilities
- Previous experience in environmental construction or demolition services
