What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead proposal development processes, ensuring deadlines and accurate submissions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Policy Administration, Education, or related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in project development and health-related research
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work in groups
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary for interaction with clients and staff
- Proficiency in computer-based tools, including Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in public policy or health-related evaluation projects
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Previous experience in leading project teams or mentoring junior staff
