What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and consult on benefit calculation issues for defined benefit pension plans
- Coordinate with plan sponsors, legal counsel, and outside administrators to document benefit calculations
- Provide expert knowledge related to benefit calculations and communicate complex information clearly
- Identify efficiencies and propose solutions to enhance processes
- Offer pension technical assistance involving research and problem-solving for business partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 8 years' experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of work-related experience in the defined benefit pension field
- Strong mathematical, technical, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High integrity and discretion to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive client data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Defined benefit actuarial experience is preferred; Enrolled Actuary designation is a plus
