      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide financial and operational data analysis to generate insights that improve revenue cycle performance
      - Identify trends in revenue cycle data to drive process improvements and enhance collections
      - Build consultative relationships and serve as a data insights advisor for internal stakeholders
      - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visual analytics to support decision-making
      - Collaborate on training and education of end users regarding self-service reporting tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Science
      - Required certification in HFMA CRCR upon hire
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
      - Strong understanding of revenue cycle and data analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic Cogito tools, including Workbench and Slicer Dicer
      - Familiarity with Epic Clarity and Epic Caboodle
      - Knowledge of storytelling concepts and tools for data presentation
      - Ability to capture general customer requirements during meetings
      - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
