What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize expertise in RPG programming to develop and maintain robust applications in AS400
- Analyze, design, and implement software solutions for internal ERP application enhancements
- Support sales team on billing and exchange rate reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial applications
- Provide support for GL/AP/AR and physical inventory planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10 years of AS/400, RPG programming experience
- General LX/BPCS knowledge
- Experience supporting GL/AP/AR and physical inventory planning
- Strong technical background in AS400, RPG, and AS400 query tool
- Ability to write clear and concise documents and designs
- Experience debugging programs using AS400 debugging tools
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to lead a team and perform quality control for each project
- Flexibility in managing multiple tasks in a demanding environment
