What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a significant AMER Sales Organization, including first-line sales leaders across multiple regions
- Implement a hands-on sales leadership approach to achieve new logo targets and foster strong customer relationships
- Conduct industry research and analysis to refine the go-to-market strategy for the region
- Recruit and develop a diverse and efficient sales organization from leadership to individual contributors
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and manage overall sales processes, adapting methodologies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated second-line leadership experience in strategic sales, with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Deep experience selling into accounts in core markets
- Proven success in consistently achieving annual sales quotas
- Experience in software sales, ideally with digital experience platforms
- Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering teams

- Experience working closely with channel partners for growth leverage
- High levels of integrity, initiative, and leadership in fast-paced environments
